Has the NZ Govt and the MOH lied about Covid 19 case numbers in NZ?

Seriously, are we to believe that just by pure coincidence on the two days before the announcement on whether the Lockdown has been successful or not, the number of positive cases just happens to be 9, just under the double digit figures?  What a wonderfully convenient coincidence!

I guess if we Kiwis are dumb enough to believe that, we deserve the economic pain about to hit all of us.
